How much should wedding décor cost?
Wedding décor built around a Two14 Events mandap package should cost $3,500 to $5,000 CAD. If that is too much, ask our Mississauga team about scaled options from $2,500.
Everything else is quoted for your event. Draping is priced from the length of wall you want covered. Holiday rentals are charged per 24 hours. Book a consultation on this page and we will send a proposal and a quote. Your date is only secured once you approve it.

What happens after you book a consultation
A Two14 Events consultation is a 40 minute virtual call or a 20 minute phone call, and it is the first of five steps.
- The consultation comes first. You tell us about the day, the venue, the look you have in mind, what matters most and what you want to spend.
- Next is design direction. We agree on the style, the colours and the big décor pieces.
- Then you get a décor proposal with a quote. When you approve it, your date and services are secured.
- Closer to the event, we go over the last details with you: measurements, layouts and selections.
- On the event day, we install the décor and style the space to match the design you approved.
Why step four matters most
Most décor trouble starts with a guess. A wall runs longer than planned, or a stage sits where the head table should go. In step four we check the numbers and the floor plan with you, well before install day.

- Your event date and the type of event, such as a ceremony, reception or sangeet.
- The venue name and city, and if the setup is indoors or outdoors.
- A rough budget.
- Photos of looks you like, perhaps from our portfolio of weddings and receptions.
- For draping, the approximate linear feet of wall and your colour: black, white or another.

How much is a wedding decorator?
A wedding decorator from Two14 Events is $3,500 to $5,000 CAD when you book a mandap package, and draping is quoted job by job. The table shows how each service is priced and what we need to quote it.

Who we are not a fit for
Two14 Events is the wrong pick if your mandap budget is below $2,500. Our scaled options start there, and we do not go lower.
We also work in silk florals. If you want only fresh flowers, a florist will serve you better.

Venues far from Toronto
We serve Ontario. Past 50 km from Union Station, mandap delivery is no longer part of the package, so we add a delivery quote for your venue.

Where the showroom is
Our showroom is at 980 Pacific Gate, Unit 7, Mississauga, ON L5T 1Y1. Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.

How much does draping cost for a wedding?
Wedding draping from Two14 Events has no list price. Each job is quoted from how many linear feet you need draped, the colour you pick and your install date.
Measure the walls first, then send the number through the quote form on the draping page.
Can you rent a Christmas tree?
Yes, you can rent a Christmas tree from Two14 Events in Mississauga. The 8 ft green tree is $135 per 24 hours, plus a $200 incidental fee, refunded when the tree comes back without damage.
Collect it yourself or have it delivered. Both choices are on the holiday rental booking form.
What is a wedding decorator called?
A wedding decorator is also called an event decorator, a wedding stylist, an event designer or a décor company. At Two14 Events the person who leads the design is Sarika, our Creative Director.
Where to buy silk flowers
You can buy silk flowers from Two14 Events online or in our Mississauga showroom at 980 Pacific Gate, Unit 7. The shop has roses, peonies, hydrangeas and dahlias.
